Q2.What’s your payment term?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, and Trade Asurance.
The normal payment term is 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment.
Q3.Could you make OEM/ODM design?
We are specialized in OEM/ODM design which include the customized logo,color and even design according to the customer’s requests.
Q4.About Sample
If stocked items, samples can be shipped out in priority. If out of stock, the sample will be produced according to customers’
design and requirements. Sample charge will be refunded if the mass order order reaches our MOQ.
Q5.About shipping
by sea, by air, by express(DHL, FedEx IE, UPS Expedited, EMS, TNT etc.).

Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for checking details with customers. During the production and packing,
